1. Top Gun: Maverick

Released in May 2022, this sequel to the original Top Gun movie stunned OG fans and new fans alike. No wonder it ranked as one of the most-watched and most-loved movies in 2022. In fact, many viewers said it was even better than the original which ended up being beyond many people’s expectations! 😱

2. Avatar: The Way of Water

Finally released right at the end of 2022, Avatar was another sequel movie that swept our followers off their feet despite many delayed release dates. It’s almost hard to believe that the original movie came out nearly 13 years ago, but it was more than worth the wait.

If you haven’t got around to seeing this spectacular movie, not only do our followers highly recommend it, but it’s still in theaters and is expected to be released on Disney+ once its theatrical run is over. That’s if you can wait that long, of course. 😉

3. Where The Crawdads Sing

Based on the best-selling novel, Where the Crawdads Sing left a lasting impression with so many of our Instagram followers in 2022 and is definitely a tearjerker! It’s two intertwined stories about an isolated girl growing up alone in the marshes and a murder mystery that is sure to leave you in tears by the end.

You can now even stream this captivating murder mystery on Netflix in case you missed it on the big screen.

It’s said to be an exquisite ode to the natural world, a heartbreaking coming-of-age story, and a surprising tale of possible murder. What’s not to be intrigued by?!

In case you missed it, our very own CEO, Collin Morgan, raved about Colleen Hoover’s books in 2022 so it’s no surprise it was another best of Instagram 2022 pick! 👏🏻 It Starts with Us is a sequel to It Ends with Us and picks up right where the first one left off making them two peas in a pod. If you’ve ever had heartbreak…this one is a must-read in 2023!

If you’re not sure what to read in 2023, Colleen Hoover’s books are where it’s at!
