For a limited time, Hershey’s is offering up a special promotion where you can snag a Snapfish Photo Mug or a Personalized Desk Calendar for FREE (all you will need to pay is $2.99 shipping). And the best part is that you do not have to purchase any Hershey’s products to snag this offer!
Here’s what you need to do…
* Head over here and click on the “Enter UPC’s” button
* Enter your birthdate and register/log in to your Hershey’s account
* You will then be asked to enter your UPC codes. Click on the “Don’t Have UPCs” link, and the UPC boxes will automatically populate with valid UPC codes for you to use.
* Click on the “Next” button
* You will then need to choose whether you want to create a FREE photo mug or a FREE Desk Calendar
* You will then receive an email with a unique redemption code. Follow the instructions in the email and create your free item.
* I chose to create the FREE photo mug. Please note that I did not see the promotion applied to my order at checkout until the very last step (after I entered my credit card information). See the picture below…
**IMPORTANT NOTE: The Hershey’s offer page states that you will be required to pay $4.99 shipping and handling and the Snapfish site even stated that I would need to pay $5.99 shipping and handling at one point. However, as you can see from the picture above, I received a $3 shipping credit at checkout, so my final shipping charge was only $2.99.

Mine worked just fine with no problems. I used the link that the email address gave me, thenput in the code, then I went to the “Account” page at the top right coner and clicked on “Redeem this offer” & proceeded to make my mug. you shouldn’t have to put in a code on the order page at all if you do it this way. My total was $3.15.

I followed the link and it said the credit was added to my acct, but then later I went back on to finish my order and I went into acct and it said I have no credits and the checkout page still said $9.99 + $5.99 for shipping and then it asks for my cc info. Does the credit show up after you put your cc info in and submit it?

Yay! It worked for me…quick note, make sure not to enter the redemption code again at checkout, there should already be a credit. I was taxed on s&h, came out to be $3.20. Nice!!

Angela- yes input your payment info and it should show the credit on the following page. If it doesn’t, you can still cancel, it won’t charge you until you submit it. Hope that helps!

OK… the credit is listed in my account. I went ahead and created an 11oz. white mug.. and when I checked out it still charged me full price and shipping.
Which specific mug am I supposed to choose? I picked the very first mug listed at 9.99 and it says 11oz. Then I am asked to a Christmas backdrop.
What am I doing wrong??

I’m really having a hard time too. I did live chat and the person gave me 2 codes to try and they didn’t work. I kept asking what mugs to buy, but no response except to tell me to go ahead and pay the price they ask, then she would refund my credit card. That makes me mad. That refund takes days!! I want what I’m supposed to get. HELP!!

I was having that problem a few days ago, but it is working now. They have 2 different selections for mugs: designer mugs and white mugs. You have to choose white mugs! I think they changed that, because the other day when I tried it there was only white mugs and it took me into the designer mugs menu.
