How long does it typically take to receive a Shutterfly order?
In my experience, about 7-10 days. Really depends on what you order and where you live I think. I think these free prints are a low priority for them and it seems to take forever (about 10 days) to get them. Personalized gift things, like mugs for example, are slightly quicker. But I live in a more rural area too; so someone in a large metropolitan might see quicker shipping times.
Yes, about 7-10 days for prints. I used to live in Tucson and they shipped from Phoenix and I used to get them in 2-3 days but that seems rare. Books take longer.
I’m pretty sure Yorkphoto.com is having BOGO all prints until June 1st and I think they’re only 9 cents each. So they would be 4 1/2 cents each now. Plus shipping.

I find shutterfly very difficult to work with.
For me the 101 free prints special did not go smoothly! The downloads, to me are difficult to work with. I never have an easy time working with Shutterfly and the customer service dept.
Just about given up on this company.
I have never had a problem with Shutterfly and think their quality is much better than others. I get fast shipping times and no problems whatsoever. The one time my magnet did not arrive when promised they express shipped another one the same day. My only issue has been trying to combine offers to save on postage.
