THank you so much for all of these!! I LOVE DIY stuff around the holidays. Can’t wait to give the reindeer food to my neice.

  2. Carie

Cute ideas! Does anyone have any brilliant ideas on what to get a boss that makes enough money to buy whatever they want, and therefore, some little trinket or homemade gift is often overlooked?

    • Ashley

Food is always a good idea I find when you don’t know what to get someone. Everyone loves food.

    • terri

It’s really never about how much money someone has, a little ‘trinket’ that is meaningful would not get overlooked I’m sure. I bet you’ve received gifts from people (kids) that make less than you and you loved!

How about a funny poem with some of the key players in the office in it? You can do a “twas the night before Christmas” poem and throw employees in and what they do in rhyme…I’d like something like that to hang at work..

    • rebecca

How about a homemade zombie apocalyps kit.

      • Carie

        Good ideas ladies. Thanks.

How about a donation to a charity they support? It is thoughtful and they can not toss it aside.

      How do you make them?

      • Amanda M

I love all the ideas! I really love the stove top christmas scents. Last year I did the william & sonoma one for days in the slow cooker. My house smelled amazing!

  6. melissa

Thank you for compiling these. I thought it was an e-book at first great job ladies!

I do the magic reindeer food that helps guide Santa’s sleigh to your house. I just used uncooked oatmeal and something fun like edible glitter or sprinkles. My son loves to sprinkle it over the front lawn and I’m sure the rabbits and birds like it too:)

  8. JA

Thanks! I’m making reindeer food again this year, but I’ll jazz it up with a jingle bell!

I made that Cranberry Crumb bar recipe and just an FYI, once chilled its as hard as a rock and impossible to cut. I recommend eating it warm or room temp cool and cut before the refrigerator. It was even a bit difficult to cut before putting in the refrigerator. It tastes great though!

Last year, we bought a house and after Christmas went to the stores and bought all our decorations for this year. I bought two of the 100 count ornaments at the Home Depot for $5 and turned them both into beautiful ornament wreaths this year. I can’t wait to have them for many years to come.

You can go on line or living social and by a star and put it in his name.. Name a star after him.. I’ve done that a lot for my friends and for a baby gift.. Very cool
