We love our bench but after we put it all together there were a couple problems. Doesn’t close well (bows out) and there was a hole in the front of the arm rest. We’ve attempted several attempts to contact the company via email and phone and never heard back. Just FYI.

I bought one of the deck boxes a couple of weeks ago, does anyone know if Sam’s has that cool policy like Costco, where if you buy something then it goes on coupon they will give you the difference within 30 days of your purchase?

We have had issues with the Sam’s Club bench. It holds water whenever it has rained and all our chair cushions, etc., are soaked. We don’t know what to do about it. Please help.
