I use silicone mats daily when I bake! These food-grade silicone mats are oven, microwave and freezer safe. This set includes 2 large mats perfect for baking sheets and 2 half-size mats for smaller surfaces. The larger mats include a grid so that you can make sure your cookies are all the same size (wouldn’t that be nice).
Use silicone mats in place of parchment to keep your pans clean as food is easily removable – no baking spray needed!

I bought a couple of sets of these a long time ago and we love them. They are a must in gift baskets for kids that like to bake. It makes me happy that they improved these to have markings for smaller cookies. See the pictures of the circles on the orange mat compared to the red mat. I wish mine were like that! Mine only have big circles. I’ll probably buy my smaller kids another set so they don’t have to guess the placement of smaller cookies.
