Fluffer Nutter Cookies with Just 3 Ingredients Hip2Save.com

If you’re a fan of fluffer-nutter sandwiches (peanut butter with marshmallow cream – yum!), try making these sweet and chewy flourless cookies using just three ingredients! They are dangerously easy to make and dangerously easy to eat. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

3 Ingredient Fluffer-Nutter Cookies

Recipe idea from Picky Pallete

Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup marshmallow cream
1 large egg
3 ingredient cookies Hip2Save.com
Directions:

Use a fork to mix together peanut butter and egg. Gently fold in marshmallow cream so that you can still see streaks of marshmallow. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat. Scoop cookie dough onto pan using small or medium sized cookie scoop. Bake at 350 degrees for about 11-13 minutes. Makes about 12 large cookies
Easy 3 Ingredient Fluffer Nutter Cookies Hip2Save.comDo you bake frequently? If so, I highly recommend snagging a non-stick Silpat baking mat – I use mine ALL THE TIME and love it! It makes a great gift idea for any baker as well.

I am sooooo buying marshmallow fluff next time I go to the store so I can make this 😀

  4. Melissa

If you have marshmallows, could you use them instead? Nuke them a bit to soften them?

3 ingredients? That’s my kind of baking. Thanks for the recipe!

      Me too! Sure Kim!

Wow, this sounds awesome! I use a recipe for peanut butter cookies that just uses one egg, peanut butter, and sugar. This is elevating that a bit.

I love Silpat mats but they aren’t cheap and it’d be nice to have more of them. Please post any deals you may find for them!

FYI—If you don’t own a Silpat, parchment paper also works great with these cookies!

There are less expensive silicone mats. Hamilton Beach makes one that is sold at Kitchen Collection for less than $6.
