   Just spice cake mix and a can of 15 oz pumpkin makes good muffins.

   Just Devils food cake mix with one can of pumpkin makes delicious fudgy brownie like muffins. Just mix the 2 together may have to add a couple teaspoons of water to get it to all mix but not too much. Then scoop into Pam sprayed muffin tins and bake. Delicious way to get fiber and nutrient rich pumpkin into kids. I have even frosted these with frosting and you can’t tell its pumpkin. My kids just think it’s chocolate cupcakes!
