If you’ve been following our recipes for the last couple of months, you may have already seen Lina’s viral whipped Dalgona coffee. While we fell in love with the decadent morning beverage, we’re ready for the evening cocktail spin to enjoy during our next virtual happy hour. 🙌
Dalgona coffee is inspired by the South Korean Dalgona candy and traditionally involves whipping instant coffee, granulated sugar, and water into a rich, gooey solid-looking mixture that almost looks like toffee.
However, this time around, we’re shaking up a mixture of Baileys Irish Cream and vodka. And don’t worry, the whipped, fluffy goodness is still here to stay. 😏

“This reminds me of a Baileys Dalgona Martini meets mudslide, a strong drink for the coffee lover.” – Jami
To make this creamy, adult beverage, you’ll need a few more ingredients than then whipped instant coffee or whipped strawberry milk we’ve shared in the past. However, we promise it’s worth the extra ingredients.
You’ll also need a hand mixer if you won’t be opting for the full-body workout using a whisk to reach those soft peaks.
