Dollar Tree carries an amazing selection of must-buy craft supplies and essentials for just $1 each, so you can get creative without worrying about high prices! From glassware to foam and glitter to craft sticks, you don’t have to spend a ton on supplies to create something special. We’re sharing 10 of our favorite crafting supplies we found at our local Dollar Tree!
1. Craft Foam – $1
Dollar Tree sells an assortment of floral and craft foam in all different shapes and sizes! You can use dry foam to easily secure silk and/or dried flowers to create beautiful wreaths or to stabilize items in candle rings, centerpieces, and more. Plus, they’re easy to cut or shape to fit your needs!

The assorted wooden beads are definitely my favorite purchase. I used them to make wooden bead ornaments to adorn gifts or gcs in various sizes. They were a lot of fun to make, very frugal in cost and looked great.

My daughter has autism and loves the dollar tree. Especially for her slime ingredients. She is obsessed with making slime. It really helps us stay in budget.

Love dollar tree For these kinds of supplies! Their construction paper pad is great! Stickers galore! Poster boards (think science fairs!), glitter glue sticks!, play doh mini packs of 8, glass beads (great for aquarium, bamboo plants, and even for mancala!)
They Def need to step it up and get some knitting items…knitting /crochet needles, yarn, embroidery…
Be careful that a lot of the twine smells like gasoline. Open packages and smell first.
I wish our dollar tree had a good craft supplies. But they have just a few. why is that.
Hi Rachel! Some stores have an expanded selection of their craft items. At first my store did not have much, but over the past few weeks it has grown. You could check in other nearby locations, as inventory can vary. Hope this helps!
