Here’s how to order a Starbucks Gingerbread Latte Secret Menu Drink on the mobile app:

  • Choose Chestnut Praline Latte (it will default to a Grande)
  • Go to “Espresso & Shot Options”
  • Change to Blonde Espresso
  • Go to “Flavors”
  • Change Chestnut Praline Syrup to 2 pumps
  • Add 2 pumps of Toffee Nut Syrup
  • Go to “Toppings”
  • Change to NO Chestnut Praline Topping
  • Add extra Nutmeg Powder

Enjoy!

Or if you don’t want to order through the app, here’s what you need to say to your barista when you get to Starbucks:

“Hi! Can I please have a Grande Chestnut Praline Latte with Blonde Espresso, just 2 pumps of Chestnut Praline syrup, add 2 pumps of Toffee Nut syrup, nutmeg powder on top, and no Chestnut Praline topping? Thanks!”

When ordering different sizes for the Starbucks Gingerbread Latte, make sure to adjust the number of Chestnut Praline & Toffee Nut pumps accordingly:

  • Tall: 1 Chestnut Praline & 1 Toffee Nut
  • Grande: 2 Chestnut Praline & 2 Toffee Nut
  • Venti: 3 Chestnut Praline & 3 Toffee Nut

The blonde espresso and nutmeg powder will be automatically adjusted by your professional barista, so no need to change up your order after you perfect the syrups. Cheers!

So, what did I think of this order?

I love a good latte, that’s basically all I drink when I resort to coffee! So if you’re a big latte fan…WOW…you’re going to love all of the blends of holiday flavors in this drink! The toffee nut, nutmeg, smooth frothy topping – literally everything is the perfect combination of holiday flavors.

Since I like to stick to dairy-free, I’m excited to try this with almond milk next time. So yummy! Let me know if you order it and what you think!

I used to frequent Starbucks all of the time during the holiday season because of the gingerbread latte, and it is one of their only vegan holiday drinks if you don’t add whip, so I cannot understand why they would take such a fan favorite off of the menu!
