I recommend using this for bed though, as it will make your skin look a tad oily and the retinoid can reduce your skin protection when you’re out in the sun.”
“The foundation is also AMAZING and for under $7, it’s wild that it works so well. I’ve never had an issue trying to color match with their shades since they list out the undertones, and I’ve recently switched [by accident] to the serum formula versus the coverage formula, and I love it so much more for summer! “I’ve tried TONS of concealers – cheap, mid-range, and expensive. It’s one thing I normally don’t ever leave the house without. The day I splurged on Tarte’s Shape Tape was the day my makeup game went up 100 levels. It’s silky smooth and never creases in my under-eye or around my nose (where I tend to get a little redness). I can’t imagine ever going back to anything else and it’s worth the splurge!

For hair, I would add AVEDA’s hair care line to a list of “worth it” vegan products. I am with you on loving many skin products from the Ordinary–The Buffet with Copper Peptides is amazing for older skin. I also really like their ferulic acid & reservatol serum–it tingles for a second, but it really brightens well. Their products consistently out-perform much more expensive products.
Summer tip: try putting your Mario Badescue rosewater spray in the fridge! The chilled spray on your face on a hot day is heavenly!
