Plus, who can resist when they’re priced under $5 at places like Costco and Sam’s club for such a large sized chicken?!

I make barbecue chicken sandwiches with the chicken, crescent roll up with sauce made out of cream of chicken and cheese. chicken lasagna with a white sauce and chedder cheese.

I like to put my rotisserie chicken in the slow cooker with cut up onions, potatoes, carrots and celery. I add a cup of chicken broth or bouillon and some more spices and let it cook for about 5 hours on high. The chicken gets so tender. You can even get cold rotisserie chicken from Walmart at half price. You can also freeze the chicken and put in the slow cooker frozen.
i’m always trying to find new recipes for extra chicken you have on hand! Thanks for these. A few other of my go to’s that are so simple, as in it takes 5 minutes on a busy night and you have left over chicken, are chicken pot pie, cheesy chicken and rice casserole and chicken and broccoli wrapped in refrigerator croissants! And my teens love them all which makes it a win/win in my book:)
We are making Hawaiian Haystacks with ours for lunch today. I love making chicken pot pie with this, a bag of frozen vegetables a can of condensed soup/gravy and top it off with canned bread. It cooks super fast.
