Here are a couple of tips to keep in mind when making these mini s’mores pies:

  • Times will vary but you definitely need to watch these as the marshmallow topping can go from white to overcooked quickly.
  • Mini marshmallows will give you the most consistent and even roasting results, but you can also opt to use normal or jumbo marshmallows instead.

Looks awesome, but I will add more chocolate haha! Thanks!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome, Shawna! Enjoy!

    • PrincessMom

EXACTLY what I was thinking! lol

  2. Courtney

We just made these last night! They were soo good!! May have to try with Reese’s next time.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

That sounds yummy too! Thanks for the idea, Courtney!

  3. CJ

I’ve made them before and used a handful of chocolate chips instead Of the Hershey’s. Same result. It was delicious but too rich to eat more than one so if you’re making them for a crowd you only need as many as ppl you are hosting.

  4. Melissa J

My teen daughter will love making these! Do you set them on a cookie sheet in the regular oven, or directly on the rack?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hi there! You could do either, however the pan may help prevent the crust from burning since they are so small. Hope this helps!

      • Melissa J

        Perfect. Thank you Amber!!

        • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

          You’re very welcome!

  5. willowcat

These look delicious – I don’t have the crusts, but do have graham crackers so I’ll make them in little ramekins. Thank you!

  6. Ruthie

How would I have to edit this as I’m using one big graham pie crust

  7. Mary McPherson

How do you store for later? Covered on counter or in fridge ?!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hi Mary! You can assemble them and cover with plastic wrap until you are ready to bake them. The chocolate and marshmallow won’t keep the same texture or consistency when storing them after baking. Hoping that helps!

  8. Mickey Beyer

Followed the mini s’mores pies recipe to the tee, did not like them , the chocolate was stuck to the graham cracker and they out hard has a rock! No I did not over cook them!

  9. Jessie Noland

Could you use heath bars or rolos?

    • Claudette (Hip Sidekick)

YUM! We haven’t tried that yet but trying out other chocolate candies sounds delish. The Rolos will likely be a bit more meltable than Heath Bars, and Mini Reeses cups could be fun to try too!
