Tips for making the best Starbucks Medicine Ball tea at home:

  • Create your own variation by experimenting with your lemonade. I’ve used plain lemonade and flavored and both came out delicious.
  • Use as much honey as you enjoy. I just like a little drizzle, but feel free to add a bit more for a sweeter taste.

This Starbucks medicine ball recipe is delicious.

Are you a hot tea person? I usually opt for hot coffee drinks, but I love the minty fruity combo on this tea. The lemonade adds such a great flavor and honey coats your throat to soothe a cough naturally. This easy-to-make drink is like a warm hug when you’re feeling under the weather.

A friend brought all the ingredients to my door for this tea last year in a lovely basket. It was such a welcome comfort! It has now been my go to for friends who are sick, don’t need a meal, but need a little something.

I do something similar, but use the Wild Sweet Orange Tazo tea and a little lemon juice. Thanks for posting.

Thanks for the idea. But seeing the peach tea I thought I’d share a sweet treat if you’re watching what you eating and want something sweet try hot peach tea or apple cinnamon with a splash of French vanilla creamer.

Hi, thanks for posting this recipe! Herbal tea, like mint and peach, should be brewed with boiling water for the best flavour and most benefits. For the best results boil water, brew the tea in that, and heat the lemonade separately. Or add the lemonade at room temperature or cold if giving to a child who needs the drink warm not hot!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Thank you so much for the tips, L! 🥰
