Who’s getting excited for Amazon Prime Day 2020!? 🎉💻
The big Amazon Prime Day shopping event will be here before you know it! And if you’ve shopped it in the past, you know that there’s a lot in store. That said, some things are different and better in 2020! Here’s what’s new for this year!
Make sure to rack up these $60+ in Amazon credits before Amazon Prime Day starts!
1. In 2020, we’re shopping during fall, not summer.
This year will truly be a test to see if Amazon Prime Day will rival Black Friday and we’re here for it! Same as last year, we’ll still get the full 48 hours to shop (as opposed to 36 hours when Amazon Prime Day was first launched)!
That said, this year is even more exciting because rather than being hosted in July, the big shopping extravaganza is on October 13th and 14th which leads us to believe we’ll be seeing better seasonal deals to check off our Christmas gift lists even earlier than Black Friday!
2. Small businesses are getting even more spotlight.
Last year Amazon had a dedicated Prime Day page for U.S.-based innovators, artisans, and entrepreneurs for shoppers that wanted to shop small. However, this year you can actually get paid to shop small before Amazon Prime Day even gets here with their new Support Small Businesses campaign!
Simply spend just $10 or more, and get a $10 credit back to spend on Amazon Prime Day!
Need some ideas? Buy one of these small shop items on Amazon to score your free $10 credit:
- 10 Pack of Swedish Dishcloths – This is a team favorite product…Collin included! And if you click HERE we have an exclusive promo code making them even cheaper!
- Bonne Maman Advent Calendar – This is the most popular Advent Calendar every year & sells out super fast!
3. Competitors are giving Amazon a run for their money with bigger sales.
While we still don’t know what all of the Amazon Prime Day deals are going to be for 2020, one thing is for sure, big retails like Target, Walmart, and eBay, are giving Amazon a run for their money (and business).
Even though other retailers hosted shopping events last year during Prime Day, this year we’re anticipating them to follow suit by hosting their big sales in October as well. And Target and Walmart have already announced theirs!
4. Exclusive sales for Prime Members are already happening now!
If you’re an Amazon Prime member, you can be one of the first to snag awesome deals that have already hit their site! From tech gear to huge savings on Audible, baby goods to home goods, you can find tons of awesome deals NOW! Note that some of these sales may still be available after the 2-day event, but many are expected to sell out.
