I made the chocolate chip cookies tonight and they’re so good! I’ve made other pumpkin cookies in the past and didn’t like how they were thick and sticky but these taste just like a cookie. The texture is perfect. I thought the pumpkin taste was very mild for those who don’t like a strong taste.
Pumpkin rolls are so delicious and so easy to make. They look as if they would be difficult to make, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. My teens are able to make them on their own- that’s how easy it is. I use Libby’s Pumpkin Roll recipe that is normally on the label of the can of pureed pumpkin.
