My friend makes a similar ham and cheese roll, with a pineapple twist and it’s so good!
Onion hamburger roll, open faced with a cream cheese & seeded mustard spread on each half. Then add a nice layer of sliced ham, pineapple ring and slice of Tillamook chedder. Bake in the oven (or broiler) until cheese is melted and a little burnt/crispy. Enjoy!
